"Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service from all the staff. The front desk staff were always happy to help. Welcome drinks and chocolate were a nice touch upon arrival. There were plenty of food choices to cater for all and quality was very good. Dinner theme was different each night. The room was clean and bright. Air conditioning worked well. Only gripe was the sofa bed was on the soft side to sleep on and the walls are thin, could hear noise from neighbouring...

"Die Unterkunft ist toll, aber leider erwas in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovationsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles gut, top Buffet (wer hier nichts zu essen findet, hat ein ganz anderes Problem). Personal ist stets bemüht und und aufmerksam. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand. Der Hafen von Alcudia ist fussläufig sehr gut innerhalb 20 Min. erreichbar. "
