"rooms were good & spacious, although bathroom was a little small. the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall which make it hard to use. the room was quite and sleeping was easy. nice pool area with padded loungers. despite the size of the hotel we allways managed to get somewhere to lounge."

"Firstly, if you get a room that is not facing the pool beware where it faces. There is a mosque beside the hotel and they do have prayer calls 5 times a day, including 1 before bedtime and another at 6am. For those not used to it, it can be very jarring. Food is mediocre and expected for the price paid. Facilities are worn... I mean pretty old at this point. Overall we made do with what we had and my kid still enjoyed our little vacation. "Facility is 4.5 or 5 star. Management questionable. No real how water for the showers. Could not use pool for two days due to poor water clarity. No signs on this either! "

"Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming.
