"Thank you Jim for sharing this home. The property is amazing. I enjoyed my mornings sitting in the backyard, drinking my coffee and starting into the most amazing view. "This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. The house was clean and provided much more than a couple of hotel rooms ... full kitchen, refrigerator, spacious, washer/dryer, and areas for our family was able to visit comfortably. If we find ourselves in Carrollton again, we'll definitely stay here."

"What can I say... from check- in to check- out what a great experience. The house is definitely as described. The owner got right back to us with all communications. We had a great stay. "Confusing at first because it was a Saturday and communication between manager was limited. Couldn’t figure out locks and coffee maker didn’t work. Was able to get it all rectified and the stay was great. Super quiet. Saw 1 neighbor the whole week we were there. Super quiet and private. "
