A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably. With quick access to major roads, getting around is simple and stress-free.

A few things to know: The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for respectful families and smaller groups. The shaded backyard has a natural woodland setting rather than a traditional grass lawn. As part of our standard check-in process, the primary guest completes a brief rental agreement and ID verification before arrival. Additional charges may apply for smoking, unauthorized pets, damage, excessive cleaning, or other violations of the house rules.



Much like hotels, we require the primary guest to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a brief terms & conditions agreement prior to receiving check-in information. These steps help us maintain a safe, secure, and smooth experience for all guests and are required for all reservations. Because these requirements are part of the check-in process and may impact our ability to rebook the reservation dates, refunds cannot be provided for guests who choose not to complete them.
