"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!"

"Property is beautiful, and very spacious. Your own quite corner with visually stunning views down into the Santiam river. Inside and out was clean and plenty of opportunities for professional photos, which we used as our wedding reception venue."

"Exceptional property - be prepared to sit on the back patio with a cup of coffee and day dream! Those views…My husband, myself and our 3 adult kids and spouses stayed here for a family wedding in town, no one once turned on the tv and they were barely on their phones - that says it all. We sat on the patio and talked and laughed, we hit golf balls, the boys rode mountain bikes, it’s a wonderful place and the hosts couldn’t be more lovely. "Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too."

"The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy.
