"We had a meditation retreat at this home. The home is large- and is a charming house that seemed to go on forever. Two huge communal rooms- both we large enough for both yoga and meditation. The community is quiet and off the beaten path which it a very special location - this is the second time we rented this place from Travis. He was always in communication and was a great host. Very accommodating and responsive to any our needs.i highly recommend this home. Thank you again."

"This is a property that is very good for large family gatherings, which is how we gathered for a birthday celebration. This area of CT. is great and has lots to do.The house is in the perfect location to do all of it.Again, suits large groups well. Room for everyone."

"This is a n extraordinary condo that feels like home, elegant but comfortable, and the view is outrageous. With a view of the Hudson and West Point and a first class restaurant a stone's throw. And check out the Phillipstown Depot Theater across the tracks -- an intimate, compelling creative space. Great bookstore nearby, and an art gallery. And minutes from Cold Springs and the magnificent Graymoor Franciscan Center. We loved our stay."

"We really enjoyed the privacy of the grounds, lake, dock , swimming, boats and paddle boards. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We had a great stay, thanks."

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! "The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!"

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. "
