"I loved my stay at the Jubilee. The apartment was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and good wifi. The staff was absolutely delightful, every person we interacted with. The location is super central and an easy walk to pretty much everything in the city centre."

"Had a great stay here. Fabulous location as I was attending an event next door. Located next to multistorey car park and reduced price when staying at the hotel. 15/20 min walk into the city centre. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Very impressed with the free breakfast and an option to take away with a grab bag. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if I need to attend another event here."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"We had Room 213 for 2 nights which was a bit smaller than we'd had before. Bathroom was quite tight and you had to ease yourself around the door to avoid the sink. The toilet roll holder was almost behind you if you were sat on the toilet. There was no hand towel provided either. Breakfast was good and with plenty of choice and tasty. On our first full day there were some workmen working in the building and the fire alarm went off so everyone had to evacuate across the road. About 30 minutes...

"Basic full English with some cereal , yogurt and pastries with bread and rolls. As much tea and coffee as you can drink with some fruit like apples and oranges. The menu for later looked interesting but never got round to ordering because of the very excellent restaurant next door “mylahore”. Staff brilliant and parking somewhat pricey but fitting with local parking and easy to purchase in foyer. Rooms cleaned everyday unless you request not. With items very well looked after. Very happy...
