"We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. The reception staff also informed us that we could get free bread & eggs to make in our room for breakfast, we just needed to help ourselves. The bed was also very comfortable. "What can I say? This was my third visit, and I already have a booking for November, which I think speaks volumes. The hotel and grounds are very nice, the rooms comfortable and clean, and the food and drink of a good standard. But what draws me back most is the friendly and helpful staff. First impressions are very important, and employee of the month must surely go to Nevada who brightens up reception with her friendly smile, warm welcome, and bubbly personality!"

"Very modern hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast buffet was great with good quality produce. Location is about 15 minutes walk, but the bus stops right outside to buses direct into the centre of Leeds. Will definitely be staying again."
