"This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny."

"A bitter sweet stay. All the usual amenities, lovely clean room, nice evening meal, easy free parking, with the highlight being greeted by the delightful Nevada. The sad ending was to find that this is her last week. She has been a real credit to the hotel, and I wish her well in wherever her career path takes her next."

"Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above...

"Very clean and efficient hotel well worth the money. Parking is not worth it as there is on street parking around the hotel which is no where near as expensive. Staff were excellent, room was spotless, bathroom was super cleana nd shwer was nice."

"Rooms here are great, each one is quirky in their own way, and a lovely touch to have radio playing in room as background music on arrival. The 2 ladies that greeted us on arrival were welcoming and showed us all (4 guests) to our rooms. Evening meal in the bar was great too, cold and frosty outside, the pub reminded me as something out of The Holiday!!!"
