"The pool was closed. The room could’ve been more well kept and clean, it was a bit dusty and the bathroom was not fully cleaned. We requested some washcloths and towels and never received them!"

"Breakfast was just ok. The room was small and the setup was odd so it made moving around a little challenging. Staff didn’t keep things replenished but when asked if there was more they did get it for us. The rooms were nice and roomy and even tho Expedia’s room description showed that a sofa bed was included, turns out it was not, but the hotel gave us a room upgrade to accommodate at no additional cost. Overall very pleased with our stay!"

"Top floors are undergoing renovations, clean room but carpet stains and damaged curtains. Nice friendly staff. Breakfast included turkey sausage, hash browns, grits, oatmeal, eggs, and juice but no waffle / pancake options. "

"The breakfast was great. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The check in area and the room was good (bathtub could have been cleaner or should be replaced. It's dated and stained). Bed is decent. Bar Louie is attached to the hotel and is a great amenity (it's nice and clean as well). The front desk staff just wanted to get through their shift and get home. They seemed put out that they had to extend themselves to guests. The halls creeped me out a little. They are old, dirty...

"The room wasn't cleaned on the second day as the cleaning staff did not show up until 5:20 pm when we had returned to the hotel. And I had given a $10 tip to the front desk to given to the cleaning staff that morning before we left requesting the room be taken care of (knowing that we would be returning to the room by 4:00). Also, the general condition of the hotel was a big shabby with noticeable repair items not taken care of. Otherwise, I have high compliments for the staff. "
