"was definitely deceived by the photos. the place was grimier than expected, the shower was disgusting. there were barely any outlets, the bathroom door did not have a lock and was unable to close properly. one of the lamps didn't even have a light bulb in it. got a non-smoking room but it still smelled of cigarettes. the whole place was just bad and definitely not what was expected."

Me contacté con el hotel antes de mi llegada para solicitarles el servicio de shuttle y nunca contestaron, hasta lo noche de mi llegada que hablé para pedir que me lo enviaran y fue cuando me informaron que no lo tenían disponible; esto hace una diferencia de entre 25 y 30 usd para cada traslado, es decir 60 usd en total, lo que ya lo situa en el rango de precio de otros...

"I loved this hotel! It’s in a beautiful part of uptown Chicago (Andersonville- an adorable gayborhood), near lots of cute shops, thrift stores, pubs, and bakeries. It sits right across the street from a beautiful cemetery, filled with gorgeous old trees. The lobby is charming and welcoming, as is the rooftop deck, where you can see the Chicago skyline in the distance. The rooms are nicely decorated-tasteful, not overly adorned. Our room had a lovely balcony that we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable...

"Great view of Wrigley Field. Friendly front desk staff and valet. Clean and classy building."

"Room was very clean and modern, as was the hotel in general. Valet parking was extremely convenient. The surrounding area was also clean with lots of easy food/coffee options and hotel was 1 block from the train, which we used to get to Wrigley (10 minute ride). Overall excellent experience! Would certainly stay here again."

"Beyond great location, good parking ( valet during the weekend and self parking in weekdays. Lovely breakfast, omelet station, bagels fresh fruit. Real nice. Rooms clean, great TV with tons of choices. The water pressure was a bit on the low side for me. One room had a shower bath and the second a shower. All in all this is our second time in 4 years. We will come again."
