Very hard to get anyone on phone. Took over 20 mins to get towels. Staff at bar louie for dinner was rude. Staff needs to be reminded that they have a customer service job-treat others how you would expect to be treated!!"

However, there was no deadbolt lock for the door, the wifi didn't work, there was no cleaning service, and I found drug paraphernalia under my mattress. Clearly, this motel is for a certain clientele, and I just didn't fit there. Good location; not a great space."
