"Great location from both airports. Lovely hotel clean and convenient"

"I like being in a room where you can see the outside I was the view was great. It was quiet. It was nice and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back again."

"The hotel was nice and clean. I loved the fact that we were always greeted by staff when entering and exiting the building"

"Love this hotel! A great atmosphere! We love happy hour and the tacos!!"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"the greatest hotel I stayed at. 100% recommend to anyone visiting Chicago"

"Clean room"

"this room was sooo clean and well kept. the front desk staff were so sweet and accommodating. the food from the hotel restaurant, Beatrix was delicious and delivered to my room in a timely manner. I had a wonderfully hot shower and the towels and sheets were soft and thick. Highly recommend this property. The location was ideal and easily walkable."
