"My only suggestions. The batteries in the rechargeable TV remotes die too quickly and the room service ordering software on the tablet was lacking pictures. Options for an omelet were red and unavailable to select. So unless they were out of eggs, that was an issue. And the bedside tablet nightlight is nice, but too bright. These were a struggle to come up with because the service was impeccable."

"Great location from both airports. Lovely hotel clean and convenient"

"Everything about the room was great and was very clean but the LH rooftop service was not very great and could have been better"

"The hotel lobby and rooftop are nice but the rooms are okay. We had 3 rooms and the shower pressure was terrible in all. The king room felt small so we switched to 2 queens which was much better. The service was so good though and it’s attached to a mall. It was good overall but probably won’t stay here again."

"Staff was extremely attentive when issues were raised and very pleasant during interactions. Hotel is close to attractions or within reasonable distance by bus or other rapid transit. Purchase a bus pass and ride the El-train and buses to traverse the city. It's a lot of fun and"

"Clean room and great staff."

"I loved the location in Chicago North. I especially appreciated the staff and how polite and willing they were to help me."
