"Clean space, friendly helpful host. There is no parking at the property but we had no issues with finding street parking close. Stayed for a Bills game about a 30 uber ride to the stadium which isn’t bad. House is older but it’s just fine for what it is. Would stay again."

"If I could give this lovely Marilla Cape 10 stars I would !! The property is beautiful, spotless and has everything you might need and more ! The hosts are very quick to reply. We travel often and this property, by far, is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Looking forward to when we can return ! "

"BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). Hot tub was PERFECT! We will be back again soon!!!! THANK YOU STACIE!"

"Stunning property. Spacious and modern in a classic house in a charming neighborhood. Fantastic location — close to bars and restaurants- many walkable. This is a new property- so there are not a lot of reviews. But if you need to stay in buffalo— this is your place!!!"

"The apartment was newly renovated and clean, although can improve floor cleaning. The place has essential supplies, not an actual kitchen. I appreciated mew washer and dryer in basement location. The place doesn't has hair dryer. I wish some improvement with hallway lighting at the entry way, since it was very dark even during day time. It took us a while to get acquainted with the neighborhood. The location was good, proximity to Buffalo center and convenient to get things done and well...

"Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them."

"I came into town to see family and friends and I seriously can not say enough about Polly’s Place!! Her listing is 100% accurate. It was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. I felt a lot safer staying there than I did at a hotel. It was probably one of the nicest trips home I’ve ever had. Polly was sweet, kind, welcoming and friendly-a person I felt like I had known for years. I will definitely be back many more...

"Our stay in the Buffalo house was beautiful. Situated on a quiet street you are very close to the main roads and most importantly the Bills stadium. The house is stocked with staple supplies and is perfect for a family looking for a getaway or a group looking to be within walking distance from stadium. Definitely would stay again next time we visit the Buffalo area."
