Our house has 3 private bedrooms, living room, dining room and 1 full bath located on the main floor. We also have 1 half bath and a laundry room located in our fully furnished basement. The entire house comes with high speed internet and Netflix.
The space
Come and stay with us in beautiful Springville, NY. Relax and enjoy the tranquil scenery on a very secluded 2100 sq ft property. We hope you create wonderful memories while staying at this charming and exquisite country property!

As you enter the home, walk up one flight of steps to a beautiful spacious kitchen stocked with all your cooking essentials and appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher). The kitchen also contains a microwave, air fryer, mixer, Ninja bullet, blender,coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, dinnerware, flatware, cooking and baking essentials along with a spice rack and olive oil.

Our cozy living room is the perfect place to gather with your family and friends. It has a leather couch, loveseat and chair as well as a coffee table and two end tables. It is the ideal area you can hold conversations or you can sit and enjoy watching your favorite shows on our 65" TV.

In each of the three rooms you will locate a chest of drawers, a 40" TV mounted on the wall as well as a roomy closet. Each bed, has both a mattress protector and pillow protectors located underneath the linens. We provide extra blankets and pillows which can be located in each of the bedroom closets.

As you walk down a set of steps you will find yourself in our fully furnished and spacious basement. You may find yourself enjoying your favorite program on our 65" TV, relaxing on one of our three couches. The other area in the basement contains a wooden high top table (seats 6), games and exercising equipment. We have a variety of board games, 3in1 air hockey, pool table, ping pong table along with a large connect 4 board to chose for your entertainment.

All guests acknowledge fitness equipment is inherently dangerous and using it may cause physical and/or serious injury. Guests acknowledge they are voluntarily participating to use the equipment and doing so at their own risk.

There is outdoor furniture located on our spacious patio for you to enjoy and entertain . Our comfortable outdoor wicker furinture set includes two glider chairs, loveseat, patio sofa and coffee table. You can create the perfect atmosphere for entertainment with our fireplace and gas grill. No matter if you will be taking a nap, curling up for a cozy evening under the stars or gathering around with your family and friends this is the perfect place to do just that!
