"This was the perfect two night stay for me while visiting family nearby. The king bed room was spacious, clean and everything in good working order. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and any staff on the grounds over my stay were always friendly. I appreciated the off-season rate considering the town of Ellicottville has higher rate hotels and peak times during ski season. "Very quiet rooms except for the noisy air conditioning unit. Why do most hotels have units that wake the dead? Couldn’t hear anything next door or in the hall. Very clean, towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which I am never a fan of. Price was high, but on par with other like hotels in the area. Bed was a bit soft, but okay. I will use them again when I need a clean, decent place to stay!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Grounds are well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast had a great variety and was regularly stocked. Pool area was enjoyable for relaxing after dinner. A dinner recommendation from front desk staff was delightful (Pour Taphouse). We travel from MD to Buffalo a few times a year and we will definitely be back!"
