"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! "I loved the simplicity yet elegant decor. Great location, right across the street from slopes. Few min drive to shops and restaurants. The bar/grill attached was very convenient with good food. The room and bathroom were very clean. Great place to stay. "

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation."

"In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on."

"Parking is safe and easy. Room was clean. In-room Refrigerator and coffee/tea. The only problem was their pool was under repair and couldn’t be used. I wish I had known this sooner; as I had requested a hotel with a pool. All staff were helpful and considerate. A good stay if you don’t want to spend $$$. "

"Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!"

"Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done."
