this location is considered one of the best ski in ski out properties in the valley!
Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh mountain air in Ellicottville. There are so many outdoor activities at your doorstep. Skiing, Hiking, golf, biking, picnics and more!
This beautiful town home has a stunning panoramic wrap around deck, the perfect back drop for any occasion. it is a very short stroll to Yodeler Lodge wedding/events and walkable to the Tamerack Club. Mountain lake sports and biking are just a short hike away. Come and enjoy the off season Fall festivities and concerts in this cozy spot nestled in the heart of all the action. This amazing location is tucked away but also only 1.8 miles away from local restaurants, grocery stores, and night life .

The space

Come join us at the "Gran-chalet" of Holiday Valley. The origin of the name "Gran" is a family name and "chalet" is what we have called this lovely town house for over 30 years. This beautiful town house is located in Valley Village, in the heart of the valley nestled into the hillside, just a few yards from the Chute chairlift right out side your back deck.
This cozy little corner home is full of character and if your not careful the glow of the fireplace and rustic feel will capture you and make it hard to leave!
. This year-round home has tons to offer the skier, golfer, shopper, hiker, and wedding crowd. This is a spacious 3 bedroom with loft, 2.5 bath with open second floor living area with wide open windows over looking the mountains.
Just minutes away from the quaint little historic town of Ellicottville, enjoy a day of shopping or pick your favorite restaurant to dine in. This place has so much to offer and we cant wait to share our favorite place in the world with you, our "Gran-chalet."

Location is perfect for ski in and ski out. The condo is comfortable and cozy but the mattresses and pillows are in poor condition and need replaced. We all slept on the couch at some point to try and get some sleep. Outside of that we really enjoyed staying here.

What a fantastic space! Love all the windows and the wrap around deck in this end unit. We will be back in the summer to enjoy it! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you’d need and the bedroom configurations are great for a group getaway with Queen or king beds in 3 of the 4 sleeping spaces. Lisa is a great host! Friendly, informative, and quick to respond. We all can’t wait to go back again!

Great Ski In and Out

We had an amazing stay at this ski condo! The location is unbeatable—step right off the deck and you’re on the slope, with easy access to the Chutes Quad Lift. After a full day on the mountain, we loved coming back to the condo where there was plenty of space to hang all our gear—helmets, coats, and pants are all conveniently stored right by the door, making it so easy to gear up or settle in after a day of skiing.Inside, the condo is spacious and beautifully designed. The large dining table was perfect for our group to gather and enjoy meals together, and the living room, with its oversized couch, was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home!If you’re looking for a ski-in/ski-out spot with tons of space and convenient amenities, this condo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in a cozy ski village

The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.

Great ski condo

Check was outstanding and communication with the owner was prompt. The location truly is a ski in/out, 50 yards from the chute chair. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect Ski Weekend

The house was perfect! Clean and very convenient for skiing. Owner was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. It was the perfect place to stay with our family (siblings/cousins) for a weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back and bring our kids.

We were so lucky to find this great ski-in/out condo on short notice. Location is unbeatable with direct access to Chute chair from Firecracker. Cozy and perfect for a family getaway! Would recommend and hope to be back again soon.

The property owners were very nice and helpful. It’s a wonderful view from their home. It’s a corner cabin which there are windows all around. It was a very nice stay. TVs are in each bedroom. And well stocked kitchen. Thank you

Great Area/little town and resort

The property had a very strange set up. The master bedroom was upstairs in a loft (so not enclosed) the other rooms all of the way in the basement, strange for a family with small children. The main bathroom shower did not work. The twin beds were on upside down plastic risers that fell off, just little things. The downstairs bedrooms were all very damp feeling. The place was cute, but just some things that may make the stay not so nice. The kitchen was stocked with spices and the basics which is really nice to not have to purchase every little thing you need to cook. Toilet paper was stocked, the laundry had detergent, garabage bags etc... Great plus! Amazing location literally walked to Holiday Valley resort to swim.

July 4th weekend

We enjoyed this space for our getaway- being summer- there were very few neighbors- so we enjoyed quiet nights on the back deck. The only draw back was that it was a brutally hot weekend and there is no AC- but with all the windows open, air circulated nicely. Space was ample, kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Would love to return in fall or winter!

So lovely!

Had a great time with nyself, my husband, and my four teen daughters. Loved that it was a corner lot - the expanse of windows overlooking the forest was beautiful. Kitchen was really well stocked, loved having the Alexa to play music through, the Netflix and all that was great for when it turned rainy and the kids wanted to just watch movies. So close to Ellicotville, too - a 5 minute drive right into town. Thanks so much!

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for our group of two adults and four teenagers. Plenty of beds for everyone. The living area was big enough for everyone to sit in and watch movies by the cozy fire. The kitchen was well stocked. The best feature is heading out the back door and jumping right on a lift. Lisa was super nice and very accommodating. She was quick to answer every question I threw at her. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is unbelievable! Better than anticipated! You are 30 seconds from the chair lift. End unit townhome is very nice. Fireplace was cozy. I appreciated the kitchen that had many pots and pans as we cooked lunch and dinner during our stay.
