Enjoy this tranquil getaway featuring 280 feet of private shorefront, and its own beautiful tidal beach. Gather the kids to stroll on the private beach between mid and high tide to collect shells or sea glass at low tide to remember their time here. You will also be near downtown Boothbay Harbor's charming shops and restaurants.
Perched up on the rocks, barely 25 feet from the water, and surrounded by spruce trees, this two-level cottage sits near the tip of Wall Point on nearly an acre of land. You'll be just a few steps from your beach and other incredible open-water vistas, only one mile south of the Appalachee and Lobster Cove Preserves and two miles east of bustling downtown Boothbay Harbor.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
