"Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "

"The property was sufficient for a couple, although the rooms were very small it was comfortable. Some of the guests said breakfast was expensive, but with our booking it was included. Overall we'd use this chain again. "

"I really liked the historic features of the property and the old-fashioned furniture. Even a claw foot tub, updated with a very nice shower! I was a little surprised at no tv, but since I don’t watch tv it was no loss—there is internet. The location and convenience of the Metro is key. Thank you."

"Good location, and our room was big enough for the family. Trouble-free bathroom/shower area. The Expedia rate does NOT cover breakfast, which was then $11/person. The room air conditioner was very loud and rattley, right next to the sliding glass bathroom door, so that rattled too."
