"Boa, não tem elevador, mas tem somente um lance de escada. Um pouco barulhento( portas dos quartos tem fechamento automatico que acaba batendo no final). Cama boa e café da manha simples. Staff simpaticos e hospitaleiros. Pena que a limpeza dos quartos aconteceu a tarde ( achei incomum) o que incomodou um pouco. "

"The property was well worn, however clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower and kitchen good. There are three hotels, Heritage, Central and Metropolis that are linked, which we didn't realise until after check in. The Central is behind the Heritage, and breakfast is at the Metropole if you want to purchase it. Location is excellent and we would stay there again."

"Right next to the center of town! Very easy to drive around and get to hikes and trails. The hotel was nice for what we needed and allowed us to stay 2 nights for our hiking adventures. "

"The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice views. They need to fix the tap in the bathroom sink as it was very loose probably due to guest needing to fill kettle and the tap is too short. It would be great if the tap was higher. The only other thing that was a problem was the parking, very small and tight car spots especially for 4wheel drives and large utes Staff were pleasant to deal with. The Resort was close to all the Blue mountains have to offer. We would definitely stay there...

"Spaciousness rooms that are always clean. The check in and out are simple. Service is great and prompt. There is hair dryer, iron + board, coffee/tea making facilities in room, air conditioning, ample parkong and the rooms are in good condition. Ive stayed a few times now and I'm always happy. A short walk or drive into town, with a servo right next door. The highlight is always how clean this place is. Thank you again for an excellent stay."

"Very easy to park. Very lovely staff members. Stayed in a room with 2 beds which is comfortable and clean. Funitures are old style, the sofa in our room is very old and worn out, and is covered with bed sheets. And the lights are quite dark like most of the hotels. Sauna downstairs is very comfortable and good but the little Spa is out of order. It looks better in the pictures. In reality, It could be more splendid. "

"Leura House has a lovely ambience - warm and welcoming on the ground floor, especially the lounge area. Finn who was the only staff member on site on Saturday night was checking guests in and showing them to their rooms. As it is a heritage building there is no lift. my room was on the top floor up 3 narrow flights of stairs. Finn carried my suitcase upstairs on arrival and downstairs on checkout. "Positives The property is in an ideal location if your visiting the 3 sisters or the walking trails and Skyway, rooms seem reasonably new and modern and the staff were pleasant hand helpful during interactions and reasonable parking. Downside: There was a noisy generator sound at the rear of the room that seemed to be on timer for extended periods of time. We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed as there was my self and the wife and my 2 kids. initially we noticed we only had 2 towels...
