"This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"How does such a terrible motel exist in such a popular and expensive tourist town? These rooms have not been updated in at least 20 years. The room smelled like a locker room and the air conditioner smelled like a mouse had died inside. The room, walls, floors, baseboards, light switches, etc were filthy. There was a cigarette burn in the bathtub. I think they were selling drugs from the room next door. Lee cops were there at least 3 times during our 3 day visit. Pool not open. Ice machine and...

"The host was great and the property was wonderful. Extremely well kept house. The tennis court was such a unique touch to the home. It was such a peaceful home with lots of entertainment opportunities. The tree line made it feel so private. We really enjoyed having such easy access to Great Barrington and Stockbridge. Thank you"

"While a little far away from local attractions, this quiet in law suite was just the right size for a week long stay.The kitchen appliances aren’t perfect, as the kitchen itself was very compact, but the rest of the amenities more than made up for it.And the free breakfast at the owners’ café down the street was phenomenal. Delicious drinks, pastries, and fruit bowls made every morning a good morning. This alone would bring us back to this property should we return to this area."

"We booked this house as the venue for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Every room was gorgeous, with elegant décor and plenty of space for our guests. Even the bathrooms were stunning, making every part of the home feel special. The kitchen had everything we needed to host our 50-person wedding, from all the utensils to the appliances, making meal prep and serving a breeze. "From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation."

"Once you climbed the hill, this place is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful… serene, you couldn’t ask for more. Well perhaps AC during a 90heatwave but they had a lot of fans to keep the air moving. Outdoors was gorgeous, the breeze lovely. Like I said, I couldn’t ask for more. Spent time floating on the lake which was beautiful as well. "

"The cabin is charming, rustic, and a perfect getaway for a birthday or romantic weekend trip.The pollinator garden is truly a delight, and I loved watching them in the morning. The garden has even motivated my partner and I to start one at home.I wish that the mosquitoes were not present as well, but they are to be expected during the summer in MA.Overall, the stay was amazing. Marci was super sweet and left some nice gifts for my birthday. I definitely want to have another stay here again!"
