For the room we had, there was a very bright security light from the neighbouring property up the hill, and the light shone onto the thin curtains of our room, and when the tree branches moved inbetween it created quite a light show in our room. "All the staff were happy, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room had a fantastic view over Lynmouth and sea. Everything was spotlessly clean. Food was delicious - both breakfast and dinner. Friendly, lively atmosphere. We only intended to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying 5."

I got the attention of someone in the kitchen who alerted the manager.
