"Stayed in a family suite. The pullout bed was terribly uncomfortable. The kids complained they were sleeping on springs with no cushion at all. We had to ask for bedding and pillows. The property had only one operating elevator and needed cosmetic improvements as well as normal upkeep improvements. ..."

"Overall, hotel was fine. Had to clean my own bathroom when I arrived and get fresh towels. Many in my party did the same or got their room switched. Crazy hot out and air in lobby was broken and hallways were quite warm, but room was cool and a/c worked great."
