"Clean room Breakfast was great Staff and as great"

"I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!"

"Facilities and"

"Perfect"

"It was a pretty good hotel to stay at"

"Excellent location, value, and customer service!"

"The hot tub was amazing. The staff was helpful and the place was very clean. The breakfast might slow you down because we ate and left no crumbs. A truly good experience for all."

"Make sure to check your rooms after they clean them to make sure everything that was dirty is replaced! If you don’t they’ll charge you for the missing towels the cleaning people forgot to replace with the dirty one!"

"Be prepared to talk to someone on a screen for check in. We didn’t see a real human until our room keys stopped working. The manager came out and fixed our lock very quickly. The room had a strange smell and the bathroom walls had some mold. The bathrooms need better ventilation for sure. Overall I’m satisfied for the price I paid."

"Amazing"

"Staff was Amazing Room really clean"

"Taking long to get deposit back"

"Location, comfort."

"Beautiful room. Lovely staff."

No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room...
