"Room was kinda cool, and it was clean. Felt like a house flipper recently touched it. But there was no desk, table to eat at, or a dresser. The heavy curtains were installed on an extendable rod with curtain clips that came undone when I tried to open them (and I was careful). The view was roof level anyway. All this along with shared kureg with no tea pods, shared brita ina shared fridge, with no reverse osmosis filter installation in the shared sink (on my floor at least) made it feel like...

It was supposed to repaired while we were out during the day came home to the existing problem with wet towels on the floor that had not been cleaned up. Called the front desk was told there were no rooms for us to move to and sent up maintenance. Maintenance left assuring us the problem was fixed but indeed it was not. Our toilets would not flush and randomly flushed itself throughout the evening. Both my sister and I use the lobby...

"I stay at the Hotel Indigo in Five Points often and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the area has a lot to offer. The only negative from this trip was that none of the ice makers on any of the floors were working, so I had to get ice from the bar. After jumping multiple floors (the elevator automatically returns to the lobby once you exit), what should've been a quick errand turned into 15 minutes just to get ice. It didn't deter my trip...
