"Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. She looked up my reservation and told me it was no big deal and that she would put a note on my booking. She asked me what...

"I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!"

"The hotel lost power during Isiais due to a blown transformer. The staff was incredible during the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!"
