"The staff were nice and the hotel itself was clean. There were bums around at the front of the hotel. There's nothing that the business can do about that. The city needs to deal with that problem. Premier inn was pretty nice. They had a nice dining area. The staff was a little slow on the dining and the kitchen was a little slow but the food was decent. Better than average. "Fantastic room looking over the canal. Staff at the desk and in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening were friendly, helpful & kind. We liked the location because we wanted to see all things Ozzy & Black Sabbath and it was walki g distance to all 8 sites. "
