"The alarm at the hotel started sounding after midnight. We had to evacuate the building only to find out that it was a censor in one of the vents that messes up, and sounds the alarm every time it rains. We were told this by the staff. We were also told that management was aware of it, and had been trying to get it fixed, but no luck yet. This should be a safety hazard. We wanted to see what was being done about the inconvenience. "Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!"

We had a sixth floor suite. The view was even nice."

The chives in the eggs where a little much but was still plenty to eat. Would stay again maybe on the back side. Came for a show in the area. Was extremely convenient, was able to walk to and from the show."
