"Staff were good and helful. Enough parking space. Location was good. Did not clean the room the next day. The water for hot water was never hot on several occasion. The breakfast was not well kept. The orange juice for breakfast was water although we were there at 6:45 am."

"Great little cabin. A few unexpected things. You cannot stand up in the loft area. Have to crawl into bed. Hot tubs are clean but do not look clean due to the mineral content in the water. We had to inquire to be sure we were safe. River front is a bit back from the river for the sleeps 4 cabins, but nice view. Location is great. Close to the Biltmore, the outlets, shopping etc. loved our stay!"
