Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. "Very accommodating and greeted us on arrival with welcome gifts. Great location and very close to the beach. Property was very clean. Great location as the dogs loved the beach and coastal paths were easily accessible. Recommend a visit to the journeys end but booking essential. All in all a fantastic break away"

"Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊"

I personally loved watching the comings and goings from the large upper deck with a coffee or glass of wine.As has been said on many other reviews, the property is laid out over 4 floors and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have mobility problems it may be challenging to reach upper bedrooms. There are however twin and double bedrooms on the ground floor which should help mitigate the impact of too...
