"horrendous noise coming from bathroom whenever water running, reception knew about this issue and told us the maintenance were aware .. this room was not fit for purpose as the noise made it very difficult to sleep"

"Good central location. Clean and good facilities. Fine for a couple of nights. Centrally located with plenty within easy walking distance. Let down by poor checking process where I was outside the property but with no instructions. Had to call thankfully all quickly resolved."
