Biblioteca Municipal de Jasper

Room was not properly prepared upon arrival (no towels, bottles in shower empty). Hotel is in need of an update, many items broken or looking sad. There was some sort of water issue above us, although inconvenient the staff were quick to respond. Breakfast was very empty, we had to ask if they were bringing out more food and they seemed surprised they hadn’t thought of that themselves.

First I booked a room for 3 nights and I inquired about the possibility of canceling 3rd night and was told I would still be charged for it, also wanted the option of paying on arrival so I can pay out of my bank account rather than being charged interest fees on my credit card. In the room the fridge was leaking water onto the floor, as well bathroom sink was plugged and not draining properly.

Great location, wonderful staff! Would definitely stay again
