"My experience was phenomenal from the reservation to my request for minor changes every step everyone was friendly, the listened well and they were helpful. I will definitely come back as long as my money allows. Peace, safety and free parking go a long way with me. My family was happy and they kept saying how they loved everything. "

"The building is an obvious gut renovation and kudos to the owners for a job well done. Everything is shiny and new & for the most part very clean. We did find a couple of hairs on our sheets (perhaps housekeeping?) Shower has a lip to prevent water leakage, One must be VERY conscious of it not to trip when stepping out. Bathroom sink is very small (like the new airline ones) & only for hand washing. I had to wash my face over the kitchen sink to prevent spilling water in the bathroom....

"The Hotel Engineer, I believe his name was Lucius King, was over the top helpful. He was proud of the many years spent as an employee and was determined to make sure our needs were met especially with regard to his innovative dining options given the nearby Texas Roadhouse involved a very long line of customers and over an hour wait to be served. He encouraged us to order at the takeout window and dine in the hotel lobby. He even provided a discount card from the hotel. It was a brilliant...

"Nice , small hotel. Homey atmosphere- very clean."

"Pros: super helpful front desk staff; clean room with comfortable bed; full bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion available; close to shopping & dining. Con: REALLY slippery bathtub/shower! I'm (usually) careful on my feet, but this was something I've never experienced before. Not that ruined anything, but be careful if you are not steady or need assistance."
