"They offer breakfast that was supposed to be included but not. The breakfast was very poor pancakes old, as well as bagels. Kids was supposed to eat free but the charge for my son. Expensive breakfast very poor quality. The receptionist doesn’t know about activities around the hotel. 0 customer service. Never cone bank."

"Todo super bueno"

"My stay at this hotel was very good. Everything was clean, organized, and the staff was very attentive. The included breakfast was fine not anything “wow,” but it did the job and was appreciated. Overall, a positive experience."

"Todo muy bien"

"They charge you for WiFi, which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Mediocre restaurant. Unkept gym. Old and unappealing rooms. Only positive is the very friendly staff at the front desk. "

"I like the amenities in the room, such as the fridge, microwave, cooker etc which makes staying the convenient. The room and bathroom are also clean and spacious. However, there is no restaurant and Bar in the lobby as described in the website for the location."
