"There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. "The front desk staff we're great to deal with. They were professional and friendly and I was able to joke around with them and they return the favor. We only had one dinner in the restaurant and the food was very very good as was the service. I can't comment on breakfast since I didn't partake of that option. We found the room to be both spacious and clean."

"I arrived at the hotel after driving for 12 hours for them to say they didn’t accept my debit card, so I asked if I could use my credit card and was still turned away. The lady points out a sign that says affective August first with NO YEAR, I said August of what year and she says 2025. I said oh because it doesn’t have a year on it. Then I contacted Expedia and I still couldn’t get accommodations so I spent the night in my vehicle until the morning 👎"
