"The hotel is conveniently located across the Old town, Petite France and Christmas markets. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. The hotel ambience was beautiful. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was large, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They offered a wide variety of food options. Service was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Strasbourg. "

"Ein Aufenthalt in einem Europa Park Hotel ist immer toll. Wir lieben die Atmosphäre dort, das Frühstück und auch die Möglichkeit, abends zum Tagesabschluss noch eine Bar aufzusuchen. Selbst Montag Abend gab es Live-Musik in der Bar im Bell Rock und auch in der Pizzeria im Hotel Colosseo. Das macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Danke dafür. Der Spa Bereich im El Andaluz ist zwar klein, aber fein und das Schwimmbad im Santa Isabel lädt wirklich immer zum Schwimmen ein. Wir kommen wieder!"

"We arrived during the evening hours and someone from the reception greeted us and went over and explained about the room and hotel facilities (inc SPA). Room was super! very large, felt well maintained and clean, and had access to a terrace. The breakfast room and food were absolutely gorgeous. We can go on and on about how beautiful the breakfast room is, and the food and drinks were superb. I would also like to mention the great staff that provided friendly and professional service to us...
