"Staff were very helpful when we arrived early. They provided information on how to access the team system to Strasbourg- a 5 minute walk and then 25 minutes to downtown.

"The lock on the door is broken and the door closer is broken. I had to push the screws in so that I can close the door. I didn't feel secure in the hotel; also, the elevator was not working as well. I had to go back to the car to leave the luggage and get a few things so I can get over for one night."
