"Staff were very helpful when we arrived early. They provided information on how to access the team system to Strasbourg- a 5 minute walk and then 25 minutes to downtown.
The breakfast was nice - great croissants"
"Andre was awesome. The cost of breakfast, for what is offered, is high. If you're staying here to go to Europa Park, find somewhere closer. Taxi is about the only way to get there if you don't have a car and it runs on average 30-euro one way. Getting to the hotel from the closest public transit spot was also difficult & required a taxi. There is nowhere to eat, closest place is a steakhouse within about 10-minute walk. I did take public transit back which took a 12 minute car ride to an hour...
"The lock on the door is broken and the door closer is broken. I had to push the screws in so that I can close the door. I didn't feel secure in the hotel; also, the elevator was not working as well. I had to go back to the car to leave the luggage and get a few things so I can get over for one night."
"Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs - ideal um nach Straßburg zu pendeln. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück in Ordnung. Zimmer war sauber geputzt aber roch muffig. Schimmel in der Ecke, aus der Klimaanlage war ein Teil herausgebrochen. Waschbecken verfärbt, Klobrille abgewetzt, Kopfende des Betts klebrig. Kein Föhn (war wohl auch nicht vorgesehen). Möchte lieber nicht nochmal dort übernachten."
