"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. "Reasonable sized studio apartment (a Classic) but the double bed was a tight fit meaning that there was no room for bedside tables or cabinets and the bed could only be accessed from one side. Not great for access and egress particularly in the middle of the night! Excellent location, very quiet and quite central. Very left staff. Quiet garden area and a good breakfast each day. We would certainly return but probably upgrade our room choice next time."

"Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. "We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"We were given a smelly basement room. Our view was an actual hallway traversed by other visitors. Would shocking be the word for that? No “front desk” so no front desk contact people. My advice which I will take moving forward: Stay in a proper hotel!"

"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family.
