"The property is very clean, recently updated and had more than enough room for the four of us staying. There was even an extra bedroom with 2 twin beds we didn't need. The neighborhood was super quiet and perfect to come back to after long days of adventure in the area."

"This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. "There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass."

"We were in town for a wedding at Hotel DuPont. The proximity to the hotel was amazing! The apartment was cozy and clean. Felt very safe and loved that you needed a code just to enter the main door at the entrance to the building. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. Having free parking was also a huge plus!! Definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in town."

"The property and house were so cute. You can see the time and effort that is taken to make it cozy. Fresh mums inside and out. The decor was perfect for the vintage house. Spotless by the way. Extra things everywhere! Sound machine, paper towels, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, fans, a/c... almost anything you are looking for. Our host was super nice and timely responded to all inquiries. Great information upfront! So many things to do and see just a short distance. I hope we get to go back!"

"Property needs a good cleaning & updated. There were broken blinds, a broken faucet handle, also a broken storm door handle, not to mention broken gate on deck. The host was nice though & was able to answer any questions that I may have had. Overall it’s a nice place & served its purpose for what I needed it for."

8/10 Bueno
