"We went for one night. We met our host who was lovely. She even wrote a few suggestions of what to do in the vicinity. Although we only book for the one night, we would love to come back and take advantage of what there is to do at Longwood Gardens and all around the Wilmington area. The common area was lovely. "We were in town for a wedding at Hotel DuPont. The proximity to the hotel was amazing! The apartment was cozy and clean. Felt very safe and loved that you needed a code just to enter the main door at the entrance to the building. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. Having free parking was also a huge plus!! Definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in town."

"The place was super clean and stocked with things you may have forgotten to pack. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider new mattresses. However, it could just be that i am old and everything hurts my back. Lol. Overall, we were really happy with the stay!"

"If you are visiting the Chase fieldhouse for an event it is 10 minutes driving which is very convenient. The host was very accommodating for what me and my family needed. There was enough space for 5 of us to sleep comfortable."
