"We arrived at 9am, the receptionist searched our booking and confirmed it was a family room for 3 (2 adults and 1 child), we left our bags and agreed to return at 3pm when we could have entry to our room. We returned at 3pm to collect our keys and we were greeted by Tara who was lovely and collected our bags, and headed for the room.
When we got there we only had 1 double bed. We tried to call the front desk but didn’t get an answer. So we all went back to reception with our luggage. We were...

"The hotel needs some TLC - lots of little things needing repaired, making it look tired.
Staff were excellent, in particular, Addison in the restaurant, that boy has the perfect demeanor for customer service - give him a pay rise!! "
