"The receptionist was very friendly but the hotel does not appear as it does online. Wallpaper was ripping off the walls, hair on bed, arm chair stained, and doesn't seem to be in the cleanest area. OYO Queens Quarter
"Awful, will not return here. It is not a hotel, it is a glorified hostel fitted out and maintained on the cheap to take advantage of Belfast's inflated hotel prices.
