They will hold your luggage if your room isn’t ready which is so convenient and we used our spare time to explore the city! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! "Perfect location. Times Square right around the corner (half a block), Rockefeller Center within walking distance, Junior's diner and bakery across the street, along with the Broadway theaters. Taxis are constantly lined up so it's a breeze grabbing one to take you anywhere you need to go and the Hop On Hop Off bus also picks up 5 minutes away at M&M World in Times Square. Service was amazing and hotel was clean."

"Overall the hotel Was fine. I was very disappointed that our room did not have a balcony, as it was pictured in the photo when I booked. I carefully chose a room with a balcony and specifically this hotel for that reason. Very misleading. Your photos don’t match up to what you offer your guests. It also said that we were supposed to get two free drinks, which we did not get. Also misleading. It said on our room key envelope that we had a $10 mini bar credit, which we did not use because nothing...
