"I really liked how the property was tucked back off of the street. It was cozy and quaint little guest house. My only complaint was the water. It had a strong sulfur smell. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The main bed was very comfortable and lots of things to do, even on the rainy days! The owner was very responsive to messages. "

"House was very cozy and nicely appointed/equipped. Nice location, even though there are multiple houses in close proximity, it was very quiet and peaceful. Tonya was good to deal with. We had one small issue with a leak in the roof during a torrential downpour that stopped as soon as the extreme rain did. All in all, nice and peaceful weekend."

"My friends and I enjoyed our stay! Place was clean, cozy and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the water and saw a bald eagle fly over. We had a lovely Fall getaway. Property is located just outside of town, so convenient to shopping and restaurants. "

"This was hands-down our favorite mountain stay in PA! Bruce has done such a nice job with the treehouse. It envelopes you in peace and tranquility to allow your stress to drift its way down the river. We look forward to returning to fish off the dock, take a canoe or kayak out for an adventure, grill on the deck overlooking the river, make s’mores around the campfire and just relax in the hot tub. "Such an amazing place to stay for a vacation getaway! The owners were absolutely amazing and were quick to help when we had a small issue. They take time to add personal touches. The owners left a birthday card and delicious cupcakes when they knew we were celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday! 10 out of 10!"

"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

Close enough to drive to PawPaw or Cacapon for hiking or kayaking. But also just perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying the the show the sky puts on every evening!"

"The property is absolutely stunning! The views are incredible and the house is well-appointed. We visited with a group of 10, and it was generously sized for our group. There was space to hang out and room to spread out. The owner was very responsive and took the time to get to know our group and suggest activities we would like.
