"The lake view is beyond beautiful. The staff was excellent and kind. It rained while we were there so we didn’t get to swim in the lake like we wanted to but it was still beautiful. The Swiss flag on the rock is directly behind the hotel. No valet parking, kind of rude people asked us to move the car prior to even walking up to the desk to check-in to ask where the proper place to park. We’ve never been here! We didn’t know what to do with the car but they quickly put us in our place. They need...

"Mysigt och lugnt läge. Overkligt fint vid vattnet! Bra ställe att ta ett dopp på vilket var ett stort plus för oss. Bra service och städning. Ett minus får isåfall bli kyrkklockan i närheten som ringer sen kväll och tidig morgon."

"If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. "

"Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt im Waldhotel von Herzen genossen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub mit einem grandiosen Abschluss mit zwei Nächten in diesem Hotel.
