"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."

"We road tripped around Scotland for 10 days and this was by far the worst stay. The cleaner had done there best and the beds where clean with sheets but that’s it. The shower had black mold, the carpet was heavily stained and had a very specific odour, everything was very dated and most items where broken or in need or repair inducing the floor that had soft spots. "I didn't realize when I booked the hotel it was a refurbished boat. It was very cool. The staff was so very helpful in visiting the city and with directions. I enjoyed speaking with Gordon, Brian, Matt and Daniel. Matt advised me to take the tram to the airport and it was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel as it is unique."

"The hotel was located a short walk from the tram and bus routes . The staff were friendly and I was greeted daily . The breakfast was satisfying and offered a variety of favourite breakfast items. The only thing I found concerning is that the glasses / cup and spoons provided in hotel room were left unchanged and not cleaned . Travellers will be comfortable and appreciate the nearby amenities."

"The location is outstanding. Easy walking distance to both the Old and New Town, but on a small side street, so there is no noise at all. The facility is updated, clean, and comfortable. "This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional."
