"Amazing! The hotel and rooms are wonderful. Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet. The location was perfect for us - great things to see and do within walking distance and there were wide ranging types/styles of restaurants to choose from. Of special note is that the staff just make the place! "Location was convenient. Room was very nice, but definitely not soundproof to the sounds of the bars close by. (Stayed two nights. One night was loud and a bit more party filled by the sounds of it and one other night was more quiet.) Close to beautiful restaurants and shops, just a word of caution that there are sketchy people very close by. (just take precautions and be safe)"

"It is a very nice property and I would normally highly recommend it. However, it is very odd. We had a two-bedroom suite, and there is no door or privacy around the main en-suite toilet. I was told that it was a Swedish design. Well, that is fine for Sweden, not for N. America. I certainly would not have booked it! "This locally owned Victoria hotel was all we needed for our Victoria adventure. We were impressed by the quality of the rooms and were immediately assisted with the few needs we had. We had an amazing view, and a roomy 2 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette perfect for our large group. "Great location on the boardwalk. Only a 15-20 mins walk to the Fairmount hotel. Modern rooms and comfortable bed. Harbour view was worth the extra money. The food at the hotel restaurant was great. I wish my stay was long enough to enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool. I would definitely stay here again."
