"The breakfasts were scrumptious. The beach was just below our room, with extensive views across the Cleddau estuary, with 2 swans coming in and out with the tides. The hotel staff were helpful, knowledgeable and eager to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. "

"The room was good size and quiet . We eat in the hotel at night the meal was ok the chips were a little well done. We had breakfast the next morning my self and my friend went for eggs Benedict it was ok but cold we both commented on the fact . My husband had the buffet breakfast and he had the eggs cooked,but when he went to the buffet it was empty and had the last sausage and the rest was dried up .The coffee was a machine that didn’t work ( the lady made the coffee for us ) the tea was...

The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choices & our hosts Sarah & Cheryl were really friendly & helpful on telling us of places to visit. All in all a very relaxing & enjoyable 5 days break. "We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"We had a great stay. The free breakfast was good. When you book they need to give you directions, such as after last roundabout on A40 from Hwest drive 5 miles and turn right. There are no signs on A40. Katy the receptionist is AWESOME. Katy informed us of some great off the beaten path places to go."
