"This hotel was absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend. I nearly got stuck at another hotel that claimed to be three stars but the reviews for that hotel were horrendous. So I booked a last-minute stay at the diamond hotel. Which is also considered a three-star hotel and definitely was that and more. The staff were great, the rooms were extremely clean and nice and the beds were comfortable. And the breakfast was just a cherry on top. Also location is great, next to a grocery store and...

"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"This was a well kept motel close to where I needed to go. I used the guest laundry and everything worked as it should.The only issue I had was spotty Wi-Fi that kept dropping. When this happened the tv would also lose signal.The room was clean and comfortable. I also experienced noisy guests in other rooms which could happen anywhere. I thought it was a bit pricey for what I got."

"The room was not kept well. Furniture was ripped or had chipped paint, bathtub faucet leaked and there was the water was barely warm. Had to call the hotel 3 times to get the shuttle to pick us up. So did another couple who arrived at the same time. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the breakfast ok."

"The room I was given was nothing like the photos. Bare walls with cracks and picture hooks. Stains on the walls in the bathroom. The sink was rocking around loose. All the furniture was aged and damaged. The lighting was commercial tube lighting like an office or a clinic. Dusty fan and window cover. Just an absolute disappointment."

"This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also ."

"Several issues that concern me.
When I arrived I had asked for a room on a lower level. I was told that no changes could be made. My wife and I are in our 70’s and we were put on the third floor with no elevator. I was informed that because we didn’t request directly through this lodge again no changes could be made but she never looked at the computer screen to see.
