"Property was beautiful and private. Really felt like home for a week. Kitchen was fully available and helped us save some money by cooking at home. Bed and shower were comfortable.
No air conditioning, but cracking the windows helped and it cooled down plenty at night. Heater worked well when it was cold enough to turn on.
Location is very close to downtown, airport, many restaurants, grocery, and shopping, and close to Seward Hwy.
Loved staying here and would stay again if we come...

"Communication with Troy was easy and quick. The house was clean and well equipped. (Bed was super comfy.)
The entryway code system is the best! No keys or cards to fiddle with.
The area is old Alaskan and kinda grubby but once you get inside it’s well appointed and modern. At end of the street so quiet.
So many “goods” to outweigh the “bads “ of a non-attractive neighborhood.

"Had a great stay here. Loved the family room with huge windows and comfortable seating. Great location to downtown- walkable to all the stores and restaurants and the path along the ocean was beautiful. My son appreciated being right across the street from a playground."

"We enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience to restaurants and downtown area. The beds are very comfortable and the fireplace was nice on cold days. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The garage was very convenient given the March snowstorm. We had over 8" of snow during our stay and luckily are comfortable shoveling because there wasn't a plow that came by to do the driveway or nearby street. Overall would stay again!"
