3) Fire pit outside can be used but fire must be put out every time after use.

4) Additional charges for any damages or uncleanliness left after stay.

Lovely home.

Beautiful home on big property, plenty of things to keep the kids busy and active. My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home. And if/when the opportunity arises i will be looking to stay in this home again. Max is a very friendly and generous guy, was quick to respond to messages and gave you that peace of mind which made our stay that much more comfortable.

Great space and location

The house had heaps of space, beds were great, location was central to the race and town. Check in/out was easy. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be our go to Bathurst house.

Fabulous quiet and convenient location

Firstly thanks to Max who was the best host. Fantastic communication and bent over backwards to ensure we knew and were confident the 1 star review previously given was false. The house is lovely, it was so hot in Bathurst on the weekend we stayed and the air conditioning was amazing. It was put on before we arrived, so we were grateful for that as the whole house was cool. It would be a great house in winter too with the fireplace. The kids loved the pool and being an indoor pool meant they could stay in as long as they wanted without getting sunburnt. There were clear instructions for use of the filter, if needed. Pool was sparkling clear. The yard is huge and my dog loved it because he could run and run in the backyard without getting out. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The rooms were all spacious, so with a mix of family and friends we were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were all in good condition and while there were signs to say leave doors open as uses a septic system, not once was there any smell in any of the bathrooms. There is also a pool table and bbq available for use. The location of the house is great, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood just across from the turn off to Mt Panorama and it’s about a 3-5 minute drive into town. We visited Abercrombie house which was also nearby. Overall, we had a great stay, we would definitely stay again should we be back in Bathurst. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Left disappointed

The Blue Willow was not as it was outlined in the description. The pool was green and you couldn’t see the bottom. The bathrooms had a horrendous smell from the septic tank and you couldn’t open any windows as the house had no fly screens. We found a dog biscuit on the main dinning table and someone’s sock on the second dinning set. The host was quick in responding to any questions and check in was simple. The host needs to leave some clear information about some details of the property as this would help with your stay. My family and I where left very disappointed with the overall experience of our stay.
